Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or production has started.
Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If your order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still request a return according to the return policy below.
EU Customers Only – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period starts from:
The day you (or a person appointed by you) receive the goods
If your order contains multiple items delivered separately: the day you receive the last item

Exceptions to Returns & Withdrawal
Returns and withdrawal rights do not apply to the following items:
- Customized or personalized products
- Made-to-order items
- Hygiene-related sealed products that have been opened
- Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or labels

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and labels must remain attached
- Items should be returned in original packaging where possible
- A valid proof of purchase or order number is required

Please do NOT send your return to the sender address on the package.
You must contact us first to receive the correct return address.

Pack the item securely
Use original packaging if available
Ensure all tags remain attached
Step 3 – Ship the Return

Keep your tracking number for reference
We recommend using a tracked shipping service

We refund: Product cost + Original standard shipping cost (if you paid for shipping)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
