If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to sort it out. Once a package is successfully delivered, responsibility for it passes to you.
8. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This 14-day period starts from the day you (or someone you designate) receives the goods. For orders with multiple items, it starts from the day the last item arrives.

• Items that deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiry date
• Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
9. Returns and Refunds
If something isn’t right, we want to fix it. You can return most items within 14 days of delivery as long as they’re unused, in their original condition, and you can show proof of purchase. Get in touch with your order number and we’ll walk you through the process.
Refunds go back to your original payment method and are processed within 14 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping fees aren’t refunded unless the item was defective. Return postage is on you unless we made an error or the product arrived faulty.
We don’t do direct exchanges — if you’d like a different item, return what you have and place a fresh order.
10. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives broken or not as described, please let us know within 7 days of delivery and send along some photos. We’ll respond within 48 hours and aim to have it resolved — whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund — within 14 days.
Under applicable consumer protection law, you are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from the date of delivery.
